Working hours

Responsibility
- prepare and review contracts, including cost estimates and quantities of materials required for construction projects
- conduct site visits to gather data on existing conditions and measurements
- analyze project specifications and drawings to determine accurate quantities and costs
- collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions
- prepare and submit progress reports, cost forecasts, and final accounts
- evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts
- monitor project costs, budgets, and schedules to ensure adherence to plans
- provide guidance on cost control measures and recommend cost-saving strategies
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role in the construction industry
- strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- proficient in using quantity surveying software and tools
- excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- effective communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
