- team Management: Lead and mentor project teams, overseeing engineers of varying experience levels, from Apprentices to Principals
- project Leadership: Take charge of multiple projects, ensuring they meet or exceed quality standards and deadlines
- client Relations: Maintain and enhance Civic Engineers' reputation in client-facing roles, contribute to securing repeat business, and identify new opportunities. Participate in bids for new projects as needed
- development and Training: Assist in the development of junior team members, identifying training needs, equipment requirements, and software licenses
- project Profitability: Monitor project profitability, striving to deliver projects within budget and timelines, and communicate any potential billing or labor plan changes to Project Associates or Directors
