account manager

Responsibility

  • build a deep understanding of our products and key markets in UK, Ireland and across Europe
  • manage an end-to-end sales cycle including technical, operational and executive stakeholders at large global bus organisations
  • the ability to partner with a customer and influence them through thought leadership, industry best practices and deep product knowledge
  • work closely with Customer Success, Business Development, Product, Tech and Marketing teams to expand our footprint across Europe
  • take charge of strategic account planning for key clients
  • build executive alignment with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • educate prospects on product features, benefits, and configuration options
  • work closely with champions and stakeholders to develop proposals and business cases for large scale deployments

Requirements

  • strong ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
  • comfortable with conversations that may become detailed or technical
  • you have experience travelling regularly as part of your job
  • self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and be accountable
  • you are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously
  • demonstrated ability working towards tight deadlines / quarterly targets
  • it would be great if you could bring
  • 2+ years' experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS sales and/or impact selling
