- good spelling, literacy and numeracy skills
- good time management and timekeeping
- emergency First Aid certificate and Fire Marshal certificate considered a bonus
Responsibility
- assisting with weekly fire alarm tests
- ordering cabs and couriers
- set up for meetings and internal events
- ordering stationery, weekly food, bottled water and any other ad hoc orders
- answering phone calls, transferring/announcing calls
