- to deep clean and oil the wood floor with specialist products as per manufacturer’s instructions and training provided
- to pressure wash external building paving using specialist equipment and chemicals as per training provided
- to deep clean and treat stone floor with specialist chemicals
- to carry out general cleaning duties as instructed within the premises/demised area
- to ensure a thorough understanding of site Health and Safety information
- labelling of furniture, setting up and setting down of furniture and surrounding areas in preparation for wood floor treatment over the weekend across the office floors
- to have read and abide by specific site rules and regulations
- protecting different surfaces with the materials and as per training provided to ensure that no damage is caused while cleaning works are carried out
