Responsibility

  • assist the Health & Safety Manager in the provision of an effective Health & Safety function for College Staff
  • provide administrative support to the maintenance and review of policies and processes relating to health and safety
  • disseminate advice and guidance on matters relating to health and safety of staff and students and all college users
  • provide co-ordination and support for the arrangements for committees relating to health and safety
  • contribute to meeting the College’s statutory health and safety responsibilities and minimising risks to all College users
  • collate and provide accurate and reliable reports and information on health and safety as required and to meet committee meeting schedules
