Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- together with coworkers from other teams, such as the systems team, handle the onboarding of new clients
- provide professional HR advice, guidance and support on matters relating to procedures, policies, terms and conditions of employment
- recognize the end user's perspective and convert business needs into technical solutions
- make suggestions for new or expanded regulations to enhance procedures and workflows
- work closely with colleagues in system support to facilitate seamless onboarding of new clients onto the HR platform
- create opportunities for colleagues to receive training and development to guarantee that the team has members with the necessary abilities and that junior teammates may advance
- the Snr HR Generalist will work together with colleagues to ensure that their HR policies and employment contracts are compliant with employment legislation
Requirements
- at least 4 years’ experience in a Senior HR Generalist or HR Advisory role
- an appropriate HR Qualification or relevant experience
- strong employment law knowledge
- technically proficient - previous experience of HR Management or Information Systems desirable
- resourceful, detail-oriented problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- self-motivated, team player with strong communication skills
