administrative experience is preferred in financial services, but not essential
must have strong communication in written and verbal
excellent communication skills, spoken and written
excellent IT skills and a strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs
able to liaise with clients confidently and professionally
must be highly organised
must hold bachelor degree, preferably in Business or Finance, but can consider other industry qualifications and background experience, but will assess the merits of how one can add value to this role and our business
Responsibility
shredding documents and emptying out shredder and disposing shredded paper
obtaining relevant papers and photocopying original documents
communicating with banks and providers to obtain information
completing non investment insurance forms and documents
ordering stationery, branch supplies and other marketing materials to deadlines
washing up own tea cup, plate, and cutlery on daily basis
