Responsibility
- greet and welcome residents and visitors to the development
- provide information about the development, local area, and amenities
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of residents and the development
- assist residents with any queries or issues they may have
- manage and maintain the booking system for communal spaces
- coordinate with maintenance and cleaning teams to ensure the development is well-maintained and presented
- as a Concierge at One West Point , you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our residents and visitors
Requirements
- previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within a luxury residential environment
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
