Responsibility

  • apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
  • prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them
  • mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
  • use hand tools and power tools to shape and finish plaster surfaces
  • repair cracks and holes in existing plaster
  • follow safety guidelines and use protective equipment when necessary

Requirements

  • previous experience as a plasterer or in a related field is preferred
  • knowledge of different types of plaster and their applications
  • familiarity with various tools and equipment used in plastering
  • ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
  • strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
  • plastering: 3 years
