- citizens Advice Surrey Heath is an established local charity providing free, confidential, impartial and independent advice and information for the benefit of the local community - whoever they are and whatever their problem
- we are looking for an experienced Money Advice Caseworker or Advice Session Supervisor with great people skills to provide support to our team of Caseworkers, ensuring we meet quality standards and targets whilst providing a high standard of customer service
- alongside this, you’ll provide generalist Advice Session Supervision when required and maintain a small caseload to keep your technical knowledge up to date
- you will have a good knowledge and an understanding of advice areas , experience of supporting clients in a sensitive but empowering way, and know how to maintain and manage a caseload of clients
