Responsibility
- understand our products, their capabilities and understand how they can be used to solve our client's problems
- learn how to communicate with both internal and customer teams, and how to shape your approach dependent on different personal styles
- help the support team with capturing, triaging and resolving customer issues
- work with the projects team to assist in the delivery of new projects
- gain skills in running workshops and other client meetings, and how to drive and capture outputs from those sessions
- work with colleagues to gain new technical skills, and proactively assist them in their own goals and objectives
- work independently where required but also as part of a wider team where relevant
- be responsible for documentation for projects you work on
