Responsibility

  • to share in the practical activities necessary to maintain the House
  • to care for the fabric, equipment and overall environment
  • to be accountable for moneys allocated for specific purposes
  • reporting repairs and ensuring that necessary actions are taken
  • to carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management
  • to report to a line manager, or other appropriate person, malpractice or evidence which may suggest it
  • to deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager
  • administrative work and record keeping associated with key working responsibilities and the daily running of the home

Requirements

  • experience of working with children / young people
  • level 3 CYPW or above or Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care)
  • enhanced DBS Check, or be subject to one should you be successful
  • residential Childcare: 1 year
  • support Environment: 1 year
  • right to Work in the UK - Applicants must possess the right to work in the UK as we do not offer visa sponsorship
