Responsibility
- respond to all e-mails and telephone queries in an efficient, accurate manor
- produce accurate, timely quotes for customers using our Software System
- efficiently process sales orders within the company’s agreed parameters
- always provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure the customer has the most pleasurable and fun experience possible when working with you
- follow up quotes on a daily basis to ensure you are converting as many quotes as possible, close quotes no longer required and identify why a quote may not have converted
- ensure sample and catalogue request etc: are speedily dispatched to customers
Requirements
- must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management/Customer Service role
- A mature approach to sales
- excellent organisational and administration skills
- ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst keeping a cool relaxed attitude
- good telephone manner
- customer focused
- excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with all levels
- ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
