Requirements

  • minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • level 3 in clinical aspects of NVQ
  • genuine interest in, and experience of working with, the relevant Client group for minimum 2 years
  • ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a multidisciplinary team
  • satisfactory DBS check and check against the ISA List

Responsibility

  • to take charge of the shift, administer medication and oversee the care of Residents
  • to maintain a safe and secure environment for Residents, Staff Members and Visitors
