Responsibility
- greet and welcome patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease
- assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and forms

- provide outstanding customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns
Requirements
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- secondary School education; additional education or certification in healthcare or related fields is a plus
- previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred
- familiarity with chiropractic terminology, techniques, and procedures is advantageous but not required
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and paperwork
- compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
