- level 2 food safety training will be supplied if you don't already have it
- you also need to be a quick learner, happy to learn new skills, willing to help out wherever needed
- this is a career position for a high performer who is responsible, committed, always looking for ways to improve and will be a good ambassador for our natural health business
- this is a very hands-on role - fast-paced, high performing, physically demanding
- we are looking for someone who wants to stay in the area, make this job their own and sees a future with us
- the successful candidate will be comfortable in a white coat, hair net and dairy crocs, keeping everything immaculately clean and making kefir in the dairy
- it's also a plus if you love natural remedies, essential oils and animals, have a high degree of accuracy when packing boxes with complex orders, be familiar with barn work, happy to muck out a pen if needed
