- contribute to the day to day financial performance of the agency, including delivering the service within the funding available
- manage the Social Work staff team effectively within company guidelines to ensure maximum individual effort, personal development, team performance and effective appraisals
- to manage services developed by the agency in line with business objectives and processes
- to develop and maintain successful relationships with commissioners and potential commissioners of agency services which contribute to the success of the business, alongside other SMT members
