- we are currently seeking a Sales Negotiator who is motivated, enthusiastic and career driven
- the role of Sales Negotiator is exciting and rewarding
- you will be involved in qualifying prospective buyers, identifying their property needs and helping them to find the right property
- realistic bonus and commission in year one would be £6,000 to £10,000, rising in year two onwards
- the ideal Sales Negotiator will be well presented and tenacious and be prepared to work to targets and deadlines
- in this role, regular weekend working is essential
- you will be responsible for conducting viewing appointments with prospective buyers and will work with the rest of the team at Christopher Russell to provide the highest level of service and support to ensure that the sale of the property completes
