  • creating and managing Staff Rota
  • receiving inbound calls
  • help cover and re-locating support workers when needed
  • helping on the field to cover calls when we are short of care staff
  • ensuring staff have signed into their shifts correctly on our monitoring system
  • ensuring staff are following the correct procedures and company policies
  • supporting with the on call rota

Requirements

  • experience in Care
  • flexibility is the key to a successful Senior Carer
  • MUST be a driver
  • ability to learn new computer systems
  • excellent communication to be be able to communicate with the team
  • A polite and professional telephone manner
  • providing care: 1 year
  • the ability to work well under pressure
