Responsibility

  • provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling & preferably gents
  • perform hair treatments such as deep conditioning and scalp massages
  • stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling
  • consult with clients to understand their hair goals and preferences
  • provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • maintain a clean and organised work station
  • follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements

  • excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
  • strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
  • proficiency in barbering techniques for male clients is an advantage
  • knowledge of front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling payments
  • upselling skills to recommend additional services or products to clients
