Responsibility

  • ascertain customers’ needs and wants
  • welcome customers and show them around the nursery
  • promote products based on the Company’s directives
  • manage and maintain accurate stock levels
  • ensure seed sources are correct and records maintained
  • maintain advanced orders and liaise with commercial sales administrator and web sales to ensure stock is available
  • maintain regular communication with all customers and provide courtesy calls to larger customers
  • maintain website and social media channels
