Responsibility
- initiation of appropriate action should standards fall below acceptable levels
- ensure staff receive ongoing advice and support to maintain the progressive development of the business
- liaise with CTMs and team leaders to carry out regular spot checks and buddy visits to the staff
- maintain accurate staff records at all times
- contribute to staff social and team building events
- carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Registered Manager
- ensure that all records concerning service users are kept up-to-date and accurate, in line with Data Protection Regulations 2018
- supervision and monitoring of staff: This will include regular staff appraisals/individual performance reviews and formalized documented supervision
