  • applications are invited to join our busy Buildings Maintenance team on a full time basis. Reporting to the Building Maintenance Manager you will have hands on practical experience of general maintenance
  • you should be comfortable managing high volumes of reactive work such as furniture repairs and minor building maintenance tasks. You will also be required to assist the team’s skilled maintenance personnel in their work
  • experience is more important than formal qualifications for this role but you must have good written and verbal communication skills; be confident using hand and small power tools and comfortable working at height
  • although there is a local train station own transport would be beneficial
