Responsibility

  • collaborate closely with the restaurant's servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of drinks to tables
  • as a key member of our establishment, the ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in bartending and be well-versed in crafting both wine and cocktail beverages
  • handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, using the point-of-sale system to process orders and maintain an accurate account of sales
  • prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wines, cocktails, beers, and soft drinks, with exceptional attention to quality and presentation
  • engage warmly with customers, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the bar, and assist in providing a memorable dining experience for families and patrons of all ages
  • demonstrate flexibility in working hours and availability to accommodate varying business demands, including weekends and holidays
  • maintain a clean and organized bar area, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper handling and storage of alcoholic beverages in adherence to safety and health standards
