Responsibility
- to work as part of an experienced team across Management, Operations and Site Operatives – leading teams on site
- to demonstrate sound understanding of the Chord structures and the Chord methodology to the Site Operatives
- to be on stand-by rota for live days
- to oversee the correct stillaging of equipment and loading of vehicles on site
- to ensure all company vehicles are replenished with tools/stock as required and are cleaned before they leave for site
- to manage and be hands-on for the build and dismantle of our structures at varying site locations and ensure that all tasksare accurately carried out by the team in accordance with our project-specific Safety Plan – we firmly believe in leading byexample and promote a strong safety culture
- to ensure procedures are followed , Health & Safety rules are observed and site requirementsmet
- to oversee the periodic cleaning of equipment both at the yard and on site, as required
Requirements
- MEWPs, Forklift, NPORS/equivalent certificates
- relevant H&S qualification is desirable e.g. CPCS, SMSTS, IOSH
- full and clean driving licence
- good IT skills
- proactive, self-starter
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- excellent interpersonal skills – to be able to work with everyone in the team, clients and suppliers
