Responsibility

  • ensure up-to-date maintenance of both computerised and manual filing systems
  • undertake the administration of the recruitment process and acting as key HR contact/liaison for the Ipswich branch
  • ensure all newly appointed staff are subject to necessary vetting process with the assistance of the relevant senior staff
  • create training accounts using our online portal for new and existing staff and maintain records
  • respond to typical HR administrative queries
  • any other ad hoc duties as per demands of the business

Requirements

  • must have at least one year office administration experience
  • healthcare experience would be an advantage but not compulsory
  • be confident using the phone
  • A good appreciation of the need to maintain strict confidentiality
  • able to work in a team but use own initiative
  • commitment to duty, flexibility and positive attitude to work are important for this post
