we are looking for a part time receptionist/clinic assistant to join our small and friendly, professional team
the role covers set times and days but flexibility is needed to cover holidays and sickness
the role is approximately 24 hours a week over 4 shifts to include some evenings and Saturday mornings on a rota basis
the main role of the Receptionist/Clinic Assistant is to greet our private patients and to ensure they have a good experience whilst visiting our clinic whilst supporting the Chiropractors in their role
this will include dealing with patient queries, making appointments, responding to enquires by telephone, email or social media, taking payments, general and specific administration, as well as general housekeeping and cleaning as required
for this role candidates need the ability to quickly understand the business’s services, be capable of learning new IT systems, have great patient rapport and be able to multi-task
the successful candidate will need to be comfortable learning and using IT systems, possess good interpersonal skills and have an eye for detail
common sense is a must and previous experience is preferred although we consider a candidate with experience in a customer service role
Education
GCSE or equivalent
