Responsibility
- support the CEO and CFO in evaluating target opportunities, sometimes with limited data, balancing financial and non-financial information
- develop financial modelling to recommend deal valuation and post deal acquisition models to support debt financed investment
- complete financial due diligence on smaller acquisition deals
- assist the CFO and CEO with preparation of external reporting to investors, bankers and growth partners
- provide dossiers to the board on target opportunities, key competitors or key suppliers
- support external Financial & Tax Due diligence on larger deals and help coordinate activities
- support company-wide integration activities, working closely with the Finance Director, ensure reporting requirements and systems are set up ready for the completion of the deal
- prepare financial models for the valuation and operational needs of the Company whilst developing strategies to increase return on investment and profitability
