Responsibility
- supporting the development and implementation of quality standards and quality control systems in liaison with the Head of Operations
- monitoring and analysing quality performance and identifying opportunities for continual improvements
- inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
- ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
- investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues
- developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
- reviewing specifications, processes and trackers
- conducting spot inspections on each process for all jobs and recording results
Requirements
- meticulous attention to detail
- an understanding of the importance of quality management systems in a production environment
- pre-existing knowledge of ISO9001 is an advantage but not essential as training will be given
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working as part of a dedicated team
- organisation skills – able to prioritise and manage your workload effectively
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent project management and time management skills
