  • we are an independent, family-run artisan bakery based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire
  • committed to an honest, traditional approach; baking with the finest grains, making everything from scratch and using the highest quality ingredients
  • an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our pastry team in a moment of growth
  • we pride ourselves in baking fresh on site, using traditional baking methods and techniques to produce a wide range of high-end sourdough breads, viennoiserie, cakes and more
  • we are looking for an experienced, attentive, creative and reliable individual to join a great team of likewise motivated pastry chefs in the production of a wide variety of pastries, cakes and savoury products
  • the ideal candidate will have good experience with lamination process, making viennoiserie, a passion for baking, decorating and developing products, as well as a strong understanding of food safety practices
  • your skill in baking pastry should be matched by your attention to stock levels, meticulous cleanliness of your working areas, and working together with baking and customer service teams
