Responsibility
- manage the smooth and efficient assembly of absorption chillers
- collaborate closely with management to understand objectives and requirements
- regularly prepare budgets and cost reports for production
- formalize replicable, documented assembly procedures, component specifications; update technical drawings
- update technical sales materials with full performance specifications
- implement QC and EH&S protocols with accompanying certifications
- identify suppliers of choice for key sub-assemblies
- identify contract manufacturing partners and assist management in negotiating terms
Requirements
- undergraduate degree in engineering or related fields
- ammonia Refrigerant Handling Safety Training
- current F-Gas
- prior experience in production as supervisor or manager in commercial HVAC/Refrigeration sectors
- in-depth knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations
- excellent organization, time management, and leadership skills
- willingness to travel internationally
- confident and good decision-making ability with attention to detail
