- we are seeking a Senior Children's Residential Support Worker for a children's home in Staffordshire
- the organisation has multiple homes based in Staffordshire. The homes specialise in supporting children with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties
- leading shifts to support the Residential Support Workers
- supporting Young People in their day-to-day routines
- completing and maintaining administrative records as required by our home
- demonstrating the attributes of a positive role model for the Children and Young People
