  • match food/drink invoices against GRN on Fourth Inventory
  • deal with purchase order queries where invoices differ due to pricing or incorrect GRN reported
  • maintain order system, deal with outstanding orders
  • liaise with external suppliers; Credit note requests, copy invoices, monthly statements
  • reconcile monthly supplier statements to ensure invoices are on system
  • process supplier invoices for the group consisting of 7 separate sites; Upload invoices onto Basecone, tag for approval, post into accounting system selecting relevant general ledger code
  • chase site managers for missing orders where an invoice has been received

Requirements

  • check & match purchase ledger invoices daily, querying discrepancies with pubs and commercial director
  • identify missing invoices and request copies from our suppliers
  • download supplier invoices from relevant supplier platform on a weekly basis to ensure they are processed in a timely manner
  • dealing with ad hoc supplier queries including disputes raised
  • assist with monthly supplier statement reconciliations as and when required
  • assist the finance team in other areas where appropriate
