deal with purchase order queries where invoices differ due to pricing or incorrect GRN reported
maintain order system, deal with outstanding orders
reconcile monthly supplier statements to ensure invoices are on system
process supplier invoices for the group consisting of 7 separate sites; Upload invoices onto Basecone, tag for approval, post into accounting system selecting relevant general ledger code
chase site managers for missing orders where an invoice has been received
Requirements
check & match purchase ledger invoices daily, querying discrepancies with pubs and commercial director
identify missing invoices and request copies from our suppliers
download supplier invoices from relevant supplier platform on a weekly basis to ensure they are processed in a timely manner
dealing with ad hoc supplier queries including disputes raised
assist with monthly supplier statement reconciliations as and when required
assist the finance team in other areas where appropriate
