Responsibility
- assist in writing product descriptions for Childsplay Clothing website
- write engaging and accurate product descriptions that are in line with the Childsplay Clothing tone of voice
- balance inspiration, clarity, and information to improve sales
- ensure all products have the correct information, including garment composition, measurements, and care instructions
- liaise with the Buying office to ensure quality and accuracy is being covered across the site
- work closely with the Buying office to ensure the smooth running of the sample process
- work as a support function with our Customer Service team
- work closely with the Marketing department to ensure tone of voice and copy are on brand
Requirements
- professional solid experience writing copy for fashion e-commerce
- strong planning and organising skills
- self-motivated and flexible approach
- A proven ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment and able to work towards deadlines
- A team player, that enjoys working towards constant improvement, flexible to changing business needs
- excellent knowledge of fashion
