- we create safe and welcoming homes for young people experiencing significant trauma and challenge
- this is evidenced through our Local Authority partnerships and all our homes enjoying a ‘Good’ OFSTED rating
- we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead this team and drive the development of multi-site provision
- our dedicated team work to build trust and confidence and we have an unrivalled reputation for changing behaviour and improving life chances
- we are currently working with Essex County Council to establish a specialist solo placement in Colchester, which will be supported from our existing home in the area
- this will create a three placement provision run by a single management team, allowing greater efficiency and improved opportunities for both staff and children
