Responsibility
- child First Bicester believes in giving children a wide range of experiences through natural and outdoor learning opportunities
- we offer3 training days a year which gives staff the opportunities for uninterrupted learning to develop their knowledge and practise
- we have recently had a full nursery and garden refurb, and have had the luxury of opening up an additional 1-2s room, so are looking for someone that is confident to work with this age group
- child First Bicester is looking for their next inspiring Room Leader
- our aim is to encourage children to have a thirst for knowledge and gain their own independence in a nurturing "home away from home" environment
- we also gift you time off for the Christmas/New Year period, so you can switch off and enjoy the holidays with your family
