  • follow up all enquiries and proactively seek new private client live-in care packages to ensure that company revenue targets are met
  • we’re committed to keeping people in the comfort of their own home, helping with tasks from domestic care through to complex care needs
  • responsibility for managing and mentoring of assessors, scheduler and the care field team assigned to this function in the business
  • you must have strong organisational and communications skills, be confident to work independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experience Registered Care Manager, Deputy Care Manager or Team Leader
  • arrange assessments with the team assessors to provide timely and compliant care plans and to attain the best possible profitable care provision, and to sign off care plans as the registered manager to ensure CQC compliance
  • liaise with ‘Domiciliary’ Care Delivery Manager and arrange to accommodate any hourly care packages that can be uplifted to live in packages
