CHEW KITCHEN is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • we are a Husband and Wife team that run a small café/bistro in the Chew Valley Area
  • we require a enthusiastic chef to take on the role of Chef De Partie in our kitchen
  • this all ready well established venue is already a place to go in the area
  • we have just started to extend the hours and are looking to return to opening 2-3 evenings a week
  • the candidate would work along side the owners and head chef to produce a menu which caters for everyone
  • currently the service hours are Monday- Sunday 9am-2.30pm we do breakfast Monday to Saturday and Sunday we do lunch from 12pm-2.30pm
  • we are looking for the candidate to be able to assist the head chef in using local suppliers and produce to maximum quality
  • we also do Thursday and Friday evenings and looking to extend to Saturday nights
