Responsibility
- book and manage cleaning staff, and help with cleaning when needed
- book and manage basic gardening schedule
- meet and greet guests
- maintain and update the bookings spreadsheet
- stay on top of all maintenance issues, inc. plumbing, electrics, painting, carpentry, breakages, gutters etc
- ensure all annual checks and paperwork are done - insurance, fire alarm, gas safety, chimney sweeping etc
- manage invoicing and payments and maintain the P&L spreadsheet
- oversee the biomass boiler, training will be given
Requirements
- an aptitude for social media marketing including photography skills
- an ability to write creatively and in a consistent voice
- A high level of computer literacy
- an understanding of basic finance and an ability to effectively manage costs
- solid administrative skills and attention to detail
