Requirements

  • proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant
  • familiarity with applicant tracking systems
  • strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, including social media management and research techniques
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with candidates and hiring managers
  • ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of employee evaluation processes, succession planning, and talent management practices
