Requirements

  • A pro-active and flexible approach
  • proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar role
  • an ability and tendency to challenge the status quo in a constructive manner
  • strong understanding of payroll, accounting, and general ledger reconciliation
  • A good level of technical competence in relation to accounting principles, practices and systems
  • knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
  • organisational skills, supported by a commitment to meeting tight deadlines through teamwork
  • proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite

Responsibility

  • to assist the external audit team as required
  • supporting external and internal financial, regulatory and tax reporting, including liaising with internal specialists and our outsource providers
