Requirements

  • experience of working on commercial vehicles
  • car Licence
  • computerised diagnostic Skills
  • good Understanding of hydraulic / pneumatic electrical systems
  • city & Guilds HGV certificate or Equivalent

Responsibility

  • carry out diagnostic and breakdown repairs
  • maintaining and presenting vehicles for MOT
  • complete all jobs and paperwork for inspections and defect rectification
  • maintain a safe Working Environment
  • abide by all health & safety procedures
  • experience in carrying out servicing and repairs on mobile plant would be beneficial but not essential
  • HGV class 1 licence would be beneficial
