Responsibility

• ensure every guest interaction is ultra-positive and with the intention of getting them to have a return visit
• ensure your Duty Managers have development plans and are actively participating in training
• alongside the General Manager, conduct probations and appraisals to monitor full team performance and development

• ensure recruitment processes are adhered to at all times including all paperwork and onboarding process for new starters
• create and maintain a safe and comfortable working environment for all staff to flourish in
• ensure staff records are kept up to date with training, absences, lateness, holidays etc
• manage customer satisfaction regularly using the tools available, ensuring all guest feedback is dealt with in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements

• as an Assistant General Manager with Cheshire Cat Pubs you will be the perfect, supporting deputy to our General Manager however you will be a leader in your own right, motivating and developing your team to succeed in exceptional customer service
