ensure that ratio and internal regulations are met at all times, whilst taking into account any statutory or welfare requirements

be the first point of contact for the team, discussing any issues with your Nursery Manager to ensure they are resolved and your team remains happy at all times

hold monthly meetings with individual nursery management teams to prioritise support and ensure the nursery is operating safely and sustainably
oversee financial performance, maximising revenue and controlling expenses to ensure the financial health and sustainability of each nursery
complete “mock” audits alongside Givens and other compliance audits to prepare your nurseries and drive continuous improvements
ensure Designated Roles at each nursery are always filled and have an experienced Educator in-post. Where needed, provide coaching and CPD opportunities to ensure these individuals can fulfil the needs of the role
