Requirements
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in processing Payroll from start to finish
- BSc degree in Finance, Payroll or Accounting or relevant field
- A member of Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals or equivalent
- experience processing Pensions
- competent use of Payroll systems
- solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical error
- keen interest to continually improve the Payroll service and process
Responsibility
- you will process payroll from start to finish and provide support and advise to our nursery managers
- as part of your role, you will also oversee PAYE, Pension, SSP and SMP

- as a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing payroll for over 250 employees, which is processed on a monthly basis
- reports To: Head of Commercial and Compliance
- you must be confident in working with a range of systems, dealing with numbers and have a methodical and thorough approach to minimise mistakes and promote consistency
