Responsibility

  • to manage the overall service delivery to young people at Granville Road site, supporting and answerable to the CEO
  • job Title: Team Manager
  • location: Granville Road, Sheffield, S2 2RR
  • hours: 22.5 hours, 3 days a week, Mon-Wed-Fri
  • leave: 5 weeks plus bank holidays
  • investigate any HR issue as and when required
  • to manage all support staff on duty and to oversee them as they organise and manage their day around appointments, activities, paperwork, or any other issues arising from referrals, young people or move on work
  • take a lead in making sure that all aspects of Health and Safety on the project are compliant with health and safety regulations and any breaches of this are dealt with quickly and appropriately
