Responsibility
- you will dismantle large bakery machinery, such as DLV's, Injectors, walk in ovens and packing lines etc
- there will also be some domiciliary cleaning, such as canteen and corridors
- you will follow all health & Safety/ COSHH/ food hygiene regulations
- you will need attention to detail and be thorough in the role
- you will need to be physically fit as this is a manual role with large amounts of movement
- working in a small team of a total of 3 people, you will work Monday to Thursday 11.30pm until 8am
- we may consider shift sharing if we have the right candidates
- deep clean the machines and then reassemble, in line with the cleaning schedule as well as cleaning all the surrounding areas, such as walls, fridges, pipework and trunking, stanchions, tables, floors/steps
