Working hours

Responsibility

  • supporting Service Users with daily tasks in their flats; cleaning, cooking, organising, upkeep of flats
  • supporting Service Users with accessing the local community for medical appointments, shopping, social activities, sporting activities
  • completing paperwork, daily logs, communications books, risk assessments and personal support plan updates
  • safeguarding awareness to ensure Service Users are kept free from harm and abuse
  • promoting individuality, identity, rights, choice, privacy, independence, dignity, respect and partnership

Requirements

  • 1 Year support worker experience required
  • NVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care preferred
  • mental Health work: 1 year
  • learning Difficulties work: 1 year
