- process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- prepare bank deposits and statements
- reconcile accounts in a timely manner
- daily reconciliations of all bank deposits, credit card transactions, payroll, etc
- reconcile sales tax payments
- ensure that all supplier invoices are managed and paid on time
- ensure that all expenditures are posted accurately on the books
Requirements
- you must have a minimum of 3 years commercial accounting / bookkeeping experience using Sage 50 Accounts
- have the ability to work quickly and accurately with an eye for detail
- to be honest, discreet and trustworthy
- have a happy friendly, positive attitude
- accounting: 3 years
