Working hours

Responsibility

  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our reception team, to provide an excellent client experience
  • primary tasks include greeting patients and booking appointments via our online booking system, as well as taking cash and card payments
  • this is a trusted position where you may have sole responsibility for opening and closing the clinic
  • our reception team is the face of the clinic and must have the ability to multi task whilst still providing a professional appearance
  • you will need good computer skills, professional letter writing skills, a great telephone manner and be able to work in a dynamic team
  • so if you can juggle multiple tasks under pressure then we want to hear from you
  • there will also be a need to help maintain a clean and organised clinic including the gym, reception and clinical rooms and to keep clinical cupboards well stocked

Requirements

  • to be computer literate with the use of Office 365
  • tuesdays 8.15am to 1.00pm
  • to keep all information confidential
  • wednesdays 8.15am to 1.00pm
  • maintain professionalism at all times
  • thursdays 8.15am to 1.00pm
  • to self-manage your workload and be completed in your given hours
  • saturdays 8.15am to 12.45pm
